Thank you for completing and returning your Annual Meeting Pre-Work. This is a really important step in setting and achieving your goals for the coming 12 months.
At the time scheduled for our meeting, please click on the Zoom link in your calendar invite. Ideally please allow a few minutes before the meeting to ensure your camera and microphone is set up and working – we want to get the most out of our meeting time and don’t want to waste it on technical issues!
In order for us to help you grow your business, we would appreciate you acknowledging our Rules of the Game. This is an important concept that establishes mutual commitment to the process.
- 100% participation – we want you to be mentally present and contribute to the session.
- Glass half full attitude – commit to being positive during the session. Negative thinking will not help us to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- OARBED – we don’t want any “below the line” behaviour such as Blame, Excuse, Deny. We want to be acting “above the line”, taking Ownership, Accountability and Responsibility.
- Open to new ideas – just because things have always be done a certain way, doesn’t mean that’s how they must be done. This session could challenge your ideas about how you run your business – be open to new ideas.
- Commit to the process – you are investing time into this session so it’s important that you commit to it. Your commitment will have a direct impact on the outcome you achieve.
